We believe that nothing can spoil a travel experience like the feeling costs were hidden or undisclosed. As in all travel experiences, there will always be some incidental costs. Where possible, we stay in one, beautiful base location for as long as possible on a journey. We seek to minimize hotel changes to actively avoid the need for fellow travelers to pack and unpack almost every morning and evening. Allowing your body to adjust to a new time zone, in addition to sitting for a very long period (aka jet lag), can produce a sense of being tired over several days to the point of negatively impacting your travel experience. There are some steps you can take to minimize jet lag like sleeping as much as possible on your flight over and staying awake until your normal bedtime back home when you arrive.
