Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC and their respective employees, agents, representatives, and assigns accept no liability whatsoever for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other incident which may be caused by the negligence, defect, default of any company or person in performing these services. Responsibility is not accepted for losses, injury, damages or expenses of any kind due to sickness, weather, strikes, hostilities, wars, terrorist acts, acts of nature, local laws or other such causes. All services and accommodations are subject to the laws and regulations of the country in which they are provided. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC is not responsible for any baggage or personal effects of any individual participating in the journeys arranged by Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC. Individual travelers are responsible for purchasing a travel insurance policy, if desired, that will cover some of the expenses associated with the loss of luggage or personal effects.

This application to travel serves as my acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions under which this journey is offered. A decision on travel insurance will hold my reservation upon acceptance of my application. My journey will include overnight accommodations, meals, ground transportation, and all specified museum/tour admission as indicated in the final trip itinerary. Single room reservations will likely require a single supplement. All remaining payments, less the application deposit as submitted with the application, must be paid by check, credit card, or PayPal according to the Remittance Schedule and Payment options published and communicated to journey participants. This journey may have a minimum number of fellow travelers to deemed viable. Should the journey have less the number of participants required for the journey to be viable, Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC reserves the right to cancel the trip with notice provided and a full refund of payments including deposits.

Remittance Schedule and Payment Options

Once your application has been approved, you will receive login credentials for a password protected page created for members of your particular journey. On your member page, you will find links to helpful information, including a link to the Remittance Schedule and Payment options page. On that page you will find helpful information about how to pay for your trip as well as the option to set up recurring payments or make single payments if you should need to do so for something special.

Cancellation

Fellow travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance. Travel insurance protects fellow travelers and Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC from loss due to unforeseen circumstances. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC, doing business as Purposeful Journeys, relies on the purchase of travel insurance by travelers to reimburse travelers who may need or desire to cancel their journey. Travelers are advised to carefully consider their travel insurance decision as cash refunds are only issued travelers who cancel their journey with rare exception and at the sole discretion of Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC. Travelers may decline to purchase travel insurance. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC may offer to purchase Cancel-For-Any-Reason (CFAR) Aon NTA Travel Protect Insurance on behalf of travelers. The rules and regulations governing CFAR travel insurance are very strict. To ensure successful purchase of a CFAR policy within the 14-day allotted time, Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC must enroll each fellow traveler in the NTA Travel Protection Plan. A traveler application will be considered complete when a traveler has made their decision to purchase or decline Aon NTA Travel Protect Insurance. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC reserves the right to cancel your journey reservation if final payment is not received by the Final Payment due date. Airline tickets are not refundable once your flight has been ticketed. No refunds or travel credits will be given for any unused goods, services, or activities while on the journey. Any refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the journey.

Pictures and Video

Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC may take pictures and video during the journey. At the conclusion of the journey, fellow travelers may have the opportunity to share pictures and videos with Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC and with their fellow travelers. By registering for this trip, you grant Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC permission to use your image and comments in educational, informational, and promotional materials in a variety of media, including electronic and social media.
