Confessional Journeys are highly customized travel experiences that feature encounters with religious sights. The purpose for a Confessional Journeys varies for each congregation, parish, ministry, and even among individuals within a group of fellow travelers. For some, the purpose will be to explore the history that informs a present religious confession. For others, the focus tends to emphasize a pilgrimage experience where others desire an experience that will deepen the religious confession of the group so that fellow travelers are better equipped and invigorated to share their mission back home.

Our IGC Fellowship Encounter provides an opportunity for us to gather for warm, engaging in-person fellowship as we continue to learn and more fully live the Jesus life. Our experience of the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center promises to deepen our conversation around biblical equality.
