This application to travel serves as my acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions under which this journey is offered. I agree to travel on the same flights with my group which will most likely originate from and return to O’Hare Airport in Chicago. I agree that any deviation from the ticketed group air reservation will require a $100 payment plus the difference in airfare. The total cost of the journey may vary by departure date. My journey will include airfare, overnight accommodations, and meals as indicated in the final trip itinerary, transportation at the destination and all specified museum/tour admission fees. Single room reservations require a supplement. The remaining installment payments must be paid by check, credit card, or PayPal according to the Remittance Schedule and Payment options published and communicated to trip participants. This journey must have a minimum of twelve (12) participants. Should the journey have less than 12 participants, Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC reserves the right to cancel the trip with notice provided and a full refund of payments.
Once your application has been approved, you will receive login credentials for a password protected page created for members of your particular journey. On your member page, you will find links to helpful information, including a link to the Remittance Schedule and Payment options page. On that page you will find helpful information about how to pay for your trip as well as the option to set up recurring payments or make single payments if you should need to do so for something special.
Travelers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance. In extremely rare cases, Malone Clan Expeditions may provide a refund. Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC reserves the right to cancel your trip reservation and retain the deposit if final payment is not received by the due date. Airline tickets are not refundable once your flight has been ticketed. No refunds will be given for any unused services while on the trip. All refunds will be issued at the conclusion of the trip.
Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC may take pictures and video during the journey. At the conclusion of the journey, fellow travelers may have the opportunity to share pictures and videos with Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC and with their fellow travelers. By registering for this trip, you grant Malone Clan Expeditions, LLC permission to use your image and comments in educational, informational, and promotional materials in a variety of media, including electronic and social media.
